The first few weeks were good but not amazing, around week 3-4 is when I really started noticing consistent improvement in daily comfort. I think it takes time to work through chronic tension patterns? Anyway, I use it almost daily now. The battery still holds good charge and build quality has held up well. Would I buy it again? yeah probably, it's become an important part of my routine. Just don't expect overnight miracles, consistency is key. Not saying it’s a miracle but compared to the $$$ I spent on chiro visits… This little thing has been clutch.
